Voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee
Important note:
This guarantee is a voluntary gesture of goodwill from Growing Imaginations GmbH and is in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
1. Period
You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
The period begins on the day you received the goods.
2. Which items are eligible?
All items purchased in the shop at myfunzy.de, except:
- Custom-made products
- Hygiene items or goods that cannot be resold after use
3. Return process
Step 1 – Register return
- Visit our contact page.
- Select "Returns & Complaints".
- Fill out the contact form completely.
Our customer service will get in touch with individual instructions for your return.
Step 2 – Shipping materials
- Vacuum-packed items: You will receive a vacuum bag to return the goods securely in the original box.
- Non-vacuum-packed items: You will receive a return label to send back the items securely packaged. You can create the return label yourself here free of charge.
Step 3 – Original box & condition
- Please keep the original box until you are sure you want to keep the goods.
- The goods must be in resalable condition.
- Packaging, accessories, and all documents must be included.
Step 4 – Return shipping costs
For a voluntary return without a reason for complaint: €9.90 return flat rate per order.
For justified complaints (defective, wrong delivery), we cover the costs in full.
Step 5 – Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price minus the return flat rate, if there is no reason for complaint.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. Tips to avoid unnecessary returns
Returns cause effort, transport, energy consumption and packaging material. Please order as targeted as possible:
- Measure at home
- Carefully consider color choice
- Contact our customer service before ordering if you are unsure
- No ordering of several variants "for inspection"
5. Defective or incorrect delivery
If an item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact customer service directly: In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs. You will receive a replacement or a full refund.
