We ship within Germany and to selected countries across Europe – usually with DPD, and with UPS for large parcels. In some countries, a different logistics partner may be used.

Imports into other non-EU countries
We handle all customs formalities for deliveries to Switzerland. For shipments outside the EU (excluding Switzerland), customs duties may apply and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority in advance. The fees apply per parcel, not per order. For larger orders, we may split the shipment into several parcels due to weight restrictions.
Returns
For each order, we charge a flat fee of €9.90 or CHF 9.90 as part of our 30-day money-back guarantee.
