Shipping policy

We ship to the EU, Switzerland, and Norway. As a rule, we ship with DHL. For large packages, we use UPS. In some countries, the logistics partner may vary.

The shipping costs depend on the order value:

For returns, we charge a flat fee of €9.90 per order.

Deliveries to Switzerland
We take care of all customs formalities for you. For deliveries to Switzerland, the shipping costs depend on the order value:

Imports to other non-EU countries
For shipments outside the EU (except Switzerland), customs duties may apply and must be borne by the recipient. Please check with your local customs authority. The fees apply per package, not per order. We pack as efficiently as possible, but due to weight restrictions, larger orders may be split into multiple packages.
